The Casa

The villa is suitable for 6 persons with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The villa has enough parking space on the site of 3.500 sq mt, which is completely fenced. The house is surrounded by  garden. At the back of the house you will find the living area. It is facing south and offers a magnificent view on a splendid swimming pool and palm trees, with the silver green olive trees in the background, which ends in the beautiful green and peaceful mountains of the Sierra de Mijas.

Terrace(s)

The villa has a nice large veranda  at the back of the house which gives shadow, especially during the summer months. Here you can relax in the comfortable chairs to have a drink or read. Also you will find a large dining table to enjoy meals or having a lovely glass of wine, and enjoy the beautiful view, the peace and serenity around you.

Outside the veranda there is a hammock where you can snooze and at various spots you will find seating areas where you can enjoy the sun or the shadow

 

Swimming pool

The spacious swimming pool of 9x6 meters is filled with salt water and offers refreshment after a cultural or active day or for the children to enjoy. It is great to sit by the pool, to read a book under an umbrella and/or to relax on one of the comfortable sunbeds to sunbathe or laze.

 

Outdoor kitchen

The spacious outdoor kitchen has a view on the veranda, the garden and the swimming pool. The outdoor kitchen has a BBQ and a large wok burner, both on gas and a BBQ on coal. A large planter with delicious fresh herbs, a fridge to keep the drinks cool and a sink with hot water. Here you can grill a tasty fish or a nice piece of meat or make your own French fries, together with family or friends. You can accompany the cook during grilling/cooking by sitting at the large table under the umbrella or in the sun, after which you can enjoy a delicious meal or cold drinks.
